For dealership service departments
Ratchr fills every lift-hour with the highest-value work, and automates the calls, texts and reminders that eat your front desk’s day.
The crew
Ratchr books every job against your real capacity, so each lift-hour earns as much as it can. The calls, texts and reminders run on their own.

The four numbers
Slide these to match your dealership. See what empty lifts are costing you.
Labor revenue from cancellations and no-shows that got filled again.
The number a fixed-ops manager actually manages.
Hours booked against hours the lifts are open.
Hours a week a lift sits empty.
Whether technicians are turning time into labor.
Estimate: a cancelled job is about 2 hours, and Ratchr refills 6 out of 10. Your pilot swaps in your real numbers.
What the first version does
Paint booths and mobile service vans plug into the same board. Each step hands off to the next.
A calendar says Lift 2 is open at 4:00. The board knows no A-tech is free until 3:00, and Lift 4 opens at 3:30. Book the diag on Lift 4 with Luis at 3:30.
Highest value that fits the hole and has a qualified tech goes first. If they don’t answer in 10 minutes, the offer moves down the list.
The front desk stops chasing the phone. Every text is logged against the repair order.
Pricing
$199 per rooftop plus $35 per bay, lift or paint booth. Every plan includes 300 AI call minutes and 1,500 texts a month.
$199 rooftop + 4 × $35 bays
Extra call minutes are $0.20 each. Dealer groups with several rooftops get a group price. Ask on the pilot call.

Questions
No. Ratchr reads your schedule and repair orders and works alongside the system you already run.
Two weeks to measure your baseline, then a few recommendations every week. The monthly report starts around month three, once there’s enough history to trust the numbers.
Ratchr hands the call or text to your service desk, with the customer’s details and what they asked for.
Yes. Paint booths are scheduled and priced like bays, and Ratchr plans around booth time the same way it plans around lifts.
Only your dealership and the Ratchr team running your account. It’s used to run your schedule and reports, and it’s never sold.
How a dealership proves it
Nothing changes overnight. First Ratchr learns how your service department runs. Then it gives you a few fixes each week. Then it shows you the numbers.
Ratchr reads your existing schedule and calls for two weeks. Nothing changes for your front desk. At the end you get a baseline for the four numbers and a map of where your lift-hours go.
Each Monday the service manager gets three or four recommendations, ranked by how many hours they should recover. You decide what to act on. Ratchr tracks what you changed so the results are tied to a cause.
Once there are a few months of history, the monthly report compares each number with your baseline and shows which changes moved it.
Example report layout. Figures are placeholders until a real pilot finishes.
Here is exactly what happens after you reach out. No contract until the baseline is in.
